Self-Incorporation and Registered Agent Services:
If you choose to form your Company – Limited by shares or by guarantee or Partnership in England & Wales, we can serve as your company’s Registered Agent. At the beginning of each calendar year, after you name us as the agent, we will invoice you for our fees as well as attend to all your company House requirements for a nominal amount.
Mail Forwarding Service:
This service allows you to use our mailing address as your company address. All emails received on behalf of your company will be forwarded to you as agreed.
Limited Mail Forwarding service
Once you sign up for the Mail Forwarding service, we will mail you the Geetec Legal Postal form – GLPF/01. Application for the Delivery of Mail through Agent and Client Data Sheet. These two forms must be completed, signed with the original signature, dated, and returned before Geetec Legal will agree to forward mail on behalf of your company. (25 pieces or less per year).
Trademark Search
Geetec Legal can register your company’s name with the Patent and Trademark Commission to ensure that no one else in the country uses it. Geetec Legal will conduct a search to determine if your name is available. To do the search, we need the name that you want to search and the type of business you will be conducting. Results will be sent to you within 3-5 working days. If you need additional trademark services, such as registering your name or Patent, Geetec Legal recommends that you consult a trademark specialist agency or contact the U.K. or Local Patent and Trademark Commission directly.
